    1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

    Use of this website or submission of intake forms does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and McGarvey Estate Law. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.

    2. Confidentiality

    While we take strict measures to protect your data, information transmitted over the internet is never 100% secure. However, information submitted through our secure client portal is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

    3. Scope of Services

    Our services are limited to the specific estate planning documents outlined in your engagement letter. We do not provide tax advice or investment advice.
